Process For Ordering A Custom Backdrop
Starting a custom project with us is easy. Most products can be ordered 24/7 through our online store. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us. We are happy to help!
- Order Online. Custom stage backdrops, portable backdrops, and popular accessories can all be ordered through our website. If your project requires specs not available on our site, or if you are placing a large volume order, please contact us and we can create an order for you.
- Submit Artwork. Artwork files can be submitted with your order, or you can send them to us later. Orders will be placed on hold until the artwork is ready.
- Artwork Review. Our art department will carefully review your artwork to check for layout issues, proper resolution, and formatting. If there are any concerns or changes needed, someone will get in touch with you.
- Proof Approval. Once the artwork passes inspection, we will email you a proof for final approval. This usually takes less than 24 hours.
- Production. Turnaround time starts after the proof is approved. During this time our printing team and sewing department work their magic.
- Final Quality Inspection. Every inch of the completed project is inspected one final time before shipping.
- Shipping.
Online Payments
All orders must be paid in full before we will begin production. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for online payments.
Check or Bank Transfer

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders (PO) are accepted from approved schools, municipalities, and government organizations in the United States.
If your purchase order totals over $5000, a 50% deposit payment will be required and must be RECEIVED before production can start. Balance due is NET30 after delivery.
Please contact us if you would like to pay with a purchase order.
Tax Exempt Organizations
If you are making a tax-exempt purchase, please contact us for assistance. A copy of tax exempt documentation will need to be provided.
Turnaround Time (When Will My Order Ship?)
Production (turnaround) time on custom orders averages 8-10 business days but can vary depending on the time of year and number of orders currently in our production queue.
The soonest possible in-hand delivery dates is shown on the product pages for easy reference and planning. These dates are based on our current turnaround for orders placed today with print ready artwork, and proof approval within 24 hours.
Exact delivery dates will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout. For the soonest delivery date, upgrading to Express shipping may be required.
If you don’t provide print-ready artwork, or if custom artwork services are needed, this will require additional lead time. Please plan accordingly.
Rush Service
Due to the increased demand for our custom backdrops, we are no longer offering rush production service. This allows us to concentrate on completing every order as quickly as possible, while maintaining our high quality standards.
Free Ground Shipping
Ground Shipping is FREE for all orders in the continental US. We use FedEx Ground for most shipments. All shipments are insured and shipments valued over $500 will require a signature on delivery, per FedEx policy. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, here are some options.
Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are discounted and calculated during checkout.
Express Shipping
Overnight and 2-Day shipping is available. Available options and costs will be shown at checkout. Upgrading to faster shipping only reduces the shipping transit time after the order ships, it does not reduce the production / turnaround time.
International Shipping
We ship our custom printed backdrops worldwide. We use FedEx for most shipments to Canada, and UPS or USPS (postal service) for most other countries. International shipping costs will be calculated during checkout, and you will be able to see the cost prior to submitting payment.
International customers are responsible for any taxes or import duties that may be imposed on the shipment.
